Information, registration desk and secretariat

The registration desk is located at the entrance of the Portalis building.
The conference secretariat will be pleased to provide you with the following services:
• General conference information
• Your conference registration
• Tourist information

Attendance and/or payment certificates can be asked at the registration desk during the conference. The documents will be sent by email after the event.

The secretariat operates according to the following schedule:
• Thursday, June 13th, 2019: 8.30 am - 3.45 pm
• Friday, June 14th, 2019: 8.30 am - 3.00 pm

Message board

The conference message board is situated next to the registration desk.
Parallel sessions, last minute changes, and personal announcements will be posted here on a daily basis.

Participant identification

All participants are required to wear the personal name badge at all times. It provides access to the conference site, which includes entrance to the scientific sessions, lunches and coffee breaks.
The accompanying persons’ badge allows guests access to the lunches.
You are kindly requested to inform the information and registration desk about the loss of your badge.

Coffee breaks and lunches

Coffee breaks and lunches will be served under the tent in the patio behind the Portalis building, see map (page 14). Please see the program overview for the daily schedule.

Miscellaneous

All of the rooms allocated for the parallel sessions are equipped with computers and overhead projectors. Photocopying facilities are not available.
